Hydrate + Detox + Immune System Boost
Who doesn’t need a little extra hydration this time of year? The heat is pumping, we are in and out of the car, stores, restaurants, and joyfully out of our normal routine.
This drink will help you stay hydrated, flush your body of toxins, and give your immune system a lift.
It can be done in many different ways. You can blend and strain the cranberries, use oranges instead of lemons, add your favorite spices etc.
This is what I’ve been sipping on!
Lemons – “Lemons are a powerful healing fruit that contain phenomenal antibiotic, antiseptic, and anti-cancer properties. They are considered to be a wonderful tonic and can help to cleanse and detoxify the entire body.”
Cranberries – “Filled with compounds and agents that draw radiation out of your body, amino acids that protect connective tissue, enzymes that specifically detoxify your organs, and more than 50 trace minerals to address deficiencies you may not even know you have, cranberries also have anti-proliferative compounds that help halt the growth of bacteria, viruses, and anything else harmful that may be growing inside of you. At the same time, cranberries provide potent stress assistance during your times of need. And if you’re trying to lose weight, cranberries are another of your strongest allies.” @medicalmedium
Honey – “Honey in its raw form is a secret weapon against infectious illness.”
Cinnamon – “Cinnamon is known to help prevent and shorten the duration of the flu as well to eliminate congestion and mucus from the body. It is also very beneficial for lowering cholesterol and to help regulate blood sugar.”
What are you sipping on this Holiday Season?
