Celery Juice: More than a Passing Fad

Celery juice! All around us, there is so much chatter about celery juice being the newest diet trend/fad. While I’m so happy about all of the #trending, I’m here to tell you that celery juice is SO much more than a passing fad!

When I first (thankfully) found my way to Anthony William / Medical Medium years ago, starting my day with celery juice was one of the first changes I made. I started juicing celery religiously and within DAYS I saw change. Within weeks I saw major symptoms fading, and within months I saw my health transform before my eyes. This includes well-known bloggers who are simply “managing” symptoms, and not uprooting them, YET they are claiming that “science” is the 100% failsafe way to heal. The number of people who have used celery juice to go BEYOND daily struggles and daily use of pharmaceuticals is ASTOUNDING. This daily tonic has been life-changing for tens of thousands of individuals.

It’s also been cool to see so many celebrities also get on board with celery juice. Not because it’s trendy, but because it is changing even more lives! How to Incorporate Celery Juice into Your Routine

Here are some tips for using and receiving the full health benefits of celery juice:

  • “Every morning, drink roughly 16 ounces of celery juice on an empty stomach. Make sure it’s fresh, plain celery juice with no other ingredients. Celery juice is medicinal (not a caloric drink) so you’ll still need breakfast afterward to power you through the morning. Simply wait at least 15 minutes after drinking your celery juice before consuming anything else.
  • If you’re sensitive and 16 ounces is too much, start with a smaller amount and work your way up.
  • Use organic celery whenever possible. If you’re using conventional celery, be sure to wash it especially well before juicing.
  • If you find the taste of pure celery juice to be too strong, you can juice one cucumber and/or one apple with the celery. This is a great option as you get adjusted to the flavor. As you get used to it, keep increasing the ratio of celery; the greatest benefits come when celery juice is consumed on its own.”
